In there last big competition before the end of the season the Spartan reserves continued their strong wrestling with some impressive performances at Lancaster. Winning championships were Justin Marx (144-152) and Devon Smith at 285. Three other Spartans earned 2nd place honors, Mathias Krein (135-141), Matt Fahning (138-141), Trygve Zurfluh (142-147). Placing 3rd was Kole Nelson (127-134) also wrestling well were James Gann 6th, Keyshawn Stewart 5th, and Gabe Lamon before he was injured. The wrestlers will continue to practice and compete in the Mel-Min/GET Pizza Duals on Feb. 10 then join the varsity as they begin their journey to State Team.
