Movement in the rankings

The newest Wisconsin Wrestling Online rankings were released today and there was some movement.  There are no new Spartans in the rankings, but a few of those who were previously ranked saw their rankings adjusted.  Let’s check it out…

• Dylan Winchel  –  2nd at 113 pounds.  No change.
• John Roddick  –  7th at 120 pounds.  Up one spot from previous ranking.
• Brock Polhamus  –  Honorable mention at 132 pounds.  No change.
• Michael Murnane  –  6th at 145 pounds.  No change.
• Kyle Burkhalter  –  5th at 182 pounds.  Up one spot from previous ranking.
• Dan Dawley  –  8th at 195 pounds.  Up one spot from previous ranking.

Not a ton of change, but more than we’re typically accustomed to seeing.  On the team side, Sparta remains 4th.  Regional foe Mauston is an honorable mention while sectional foe and possible team sectional opponent Lodi is 8th.  In fact, there were no changes whatsoever to the division two rankings all the way from the top down through honorable mentions.
