The Spartan JV and Middle School squads took the mat in Marshfield this weekend and brought back plenty of hardware. Jacob Denton, Clinton LaBeause, Nick Anderson and Steven Stevenson brought back first place finishes on the JV side while Dakota Annis, Daniel Dawley, Gabe Hemmersbach, Logan Degenhardt, Dalton Hanson, Tristan Steinhoff, Dylan Winchel and John Roddick brought home top honors from the Middle School side.

On the day, Middle School wrestlers were 41-33 against some stiff competition. Next up for the Spartans is a dual at home with Holmen on Thursday. The Coulee Region Power Rankings are back! Without a conference loss since the 2003-04 season, Tomah debuts atop the rankings again. A tough New Lisbon squad finished second to Lodi at the Tomah Scramble over the weekend topping host Tomah. They debut at No. 3. The Spartans show up at No. 4 and look to take down the No. 2 squad in Holmen on Thursday.
