Kyle Erickson and Ashley Dahl both won their brackets while five other Spartans finished second Friday night at the Melrose-Mindoro/GET Friday Night Fights. Erickson was particularly efficient in his three matches picking up pins in 1:13, 1:01 and 1:06 while Dahl picked up a 22-second pin then squeezed out 4-2 and 2-0 victories to finish the day undefeated.
