Sparta was edged out for the team title by Eagan, MN Saturday at the Century Invitational in Rochester, MN. The Wildcats of Eagan scored 194 points to Sparta's 185. The next closest team, Cannon Falls, was 46 points back of the Spartans.
Matt Tourdot (189) and Morgan Leis (145) led the way for Sparta taking home individual titles. Derek McDonald (119), Tom Tourdot (135), Brandon Brueggen (171) and Kevin Schmitz (215) all brought home 2nd place medals on the day.
