In the final bout of the night with the Spartans down three points,
sophomore Matt Tourdot came through with a match-saving pin to give
Sparta a 33-30 conference victory in Sparta. The Spartans lost a
number of close matches throughout the night forcing Sparta to win
three of the final four matches to pull out the victory. With the win,
Sparta improves to 3-2 on the year in duals and 1-0 in conference.
