One of the most decorated wrestlers in program history. In 2010, became Sparta’s fourth state champion, first in division two, by capping off a 50-0 season at 215 pounds. First Spartan to reach 50 wins in a season, all-time program leader in wins, pins, single season wins and single season pins. Finished career with 251 takedowns, which was good for sixth all-time in program history when he graduated. In 2006-07, Tourdot was 33-10 at 130 pounds as a freshman with 17 pins, two major decisions and a 5-1 MVC record. During his sophomore season in 2007-08, Toudot moved to 140 pounds and finished 34-12 with 20 pins, four major decisions and a 6-0 MVC record. Tourdot enjoyed a breakout junior season as he moved up five weight classes to 189 pounds and finished with a record of 42-3, which included a 5-1 MVC record, 17 pins, one technical fall and three major decisions. Tourdot capped off his junior season with a 3rd place finish in division one at the WIAA state tournament. In 2009-10, Tourdot moved up to 215 pounds for his senior season and went undefeated with a record of 50-0, 34 pins, one technical fall, one major decision and a 6-0 MVC record. Tourdot did not give up a takedown his entire senior year until the first match of sectionals and gave up only one reversal which was in the state semifinals. That was 44 straight matches without being taken down and 48 without allowing a reversal.
